Adam Bailey
I am married to Brianna and have two great kids, Nolan and Brooke. Both my wife and I are Kansas City natives (and avid KC sports fans) and high school sweethearts. I hold a M.DIV. from Midwestern Seminary and a BSBA in Business from Missouri Western.
After graduating Seminary and working in a church in KC, my wife and I felt the Lord leading us to Iowa in 2018. We eventually moved to the Des Moines metro in 2019 and I have been in fulltime ministry since then.
I joined the staff at First Family in the late Fall of 2023 as a Pastoral Resident, and have no transitioned into the Next Gen Director role as of spring 2024. We are incredibly grateful for FFC and are excited to be here. I have a great heart for discipleship and helping people grow in their understanding of God’s Word and pursue a thriving relationship with Jesus.
