Women’s Precept Study – Galatians
September 17 9:00 - 11:00am
We believe that we are called as women to follow the principles set forth in Titus 2:3–5:
We want a culture that encourages women to live reverently, to grow and be challenged, and to support one another through prayer and service.
Discipleship groups and Bible studies for women are a regular item at FFC. Led by a team of women who meet regularly to brainstorm ideas and schedule women’s events, the women’s ministry seeks to reach out to ladies and help them feel fulfilled, equipped and complete in a world where outer flash and physical beauty is overemphasized.
Last spring we kicked off discipleship pairings and had nearly 40 women partake! Feedback from those involved said it helped in areas of discipline, bible study and accountability! Are you looking to meet some women? Looking to grow in any of these areas? Join our discipleship pairings for the fall! We are hoping to have additional pairings ready by end of October!
We'd love for you and your kids to join our Mom's Group! They meet the 1st, 3rd and 5th Wednesdays of the month from 10–11:30am for playtime at parks during the summer months, and at church during the winter months. Like our Facebook page to get updates on the group, and contact Heidi Hight if you have any questions!
We are already planning for a Spring Retreat, and ladies, you are in for a treat! Our speaker will be Joy Andrews--co-founder of the ONE Conference. Joy is hoping to take characteristics of God and give practical application to our daily lives. Worship that weekend will be led by Jordan and Jessa Anderson. If you haven't heard them, take a minute and listen to their music and you will be truly blessed! We hope you'll block off April 3-4 and come, be encouraged, challenged and grow in community!
