**NOTE: All the spaces in the Inn are filled, but we have a waiting list option on the registration in case more rooms become available. There are still plenty of spaces for tents and campers.**

Hidden Acres is looking forward to hosting our Family Camp again this summer. As expected, there may be some changes in the way things are done this year. For one, they will likely ask everyone attending to take their temperature for 7 days before arrival as well as upon arrival. We will share more details with you as we get them. For now, please read all the information below before you register.

Check-in is after 4pm on Friday. On Sunday, you can remain on the grounds until 4pm. If you are staying in the Inn, you need to have all your belongings out of the room by 11am.

Fees: If you choose to pay online by credit card, you must include the one-time per family $10 Processing Fee Add-on to your registration to help cover the charge fees. Thank you!

Lodging

Cost varies depending on housing choice and activities. Cost includes lodging for 2 nights, 6 meals and the use of camp facilities (pool, lake, gym, campfire, etc). Cost is per person and hookup fee is per family.

The Inn Pricing (hotel-style lodging)

18 & older – $90
12-17 yrs old – $70
5-11 yrs old – $50
1-4 yrs old – $10

RV Pricing (family hookup fee + price per person)

Hookup Fee – $60
18 & older – $50
12-17 yrs old – $30
5-11 yrs old – $20
1-4 yrs old – $10

Tent Pricing (family hookup fee + price per person)

As you check which type of housing you’d like, please remember lodging will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. We will do our best to remove housing options as they fill. Registration and Payment

Registration must be completed by July 22. You may pay by cash, check, or credit card. (Please see below for credit card payments and fees.) All payments (lodging and extra activities and fees) must be received in the church office by July 22. You may drop off your cash or check made out to First Family Church at the church office during normal business hours (Monday-Thursday 8am-3pm). You may also leave your payment in a CLEARLY marked envelope in an offering box. Please identify Family Camp payment in the memo line of your check.

Cancellations: Registrations canceled before July 22 will receive a 100% refund. Any registrations canceled after July 22 are not guaranteed a refund.
