Next Newcomers Lighthouse Rotation

main image

The next Newcomers Lighthouse, FFC’s 2-week small group for those new to FFC, is coming up June 11th & 25th! These meetings are broken up into 2 sessions, and will both meet at 2:30pm.

Childcare can be provided at Newcomers Lighthouse; however, since it is a casual atmosphere, you are welcome to bring your children and watch them during the group, or even rotate with your spouse, utilizing another room where there are toys available. If you prefer childcare, let the Fortenberry’s know the name(s) and ages of your children. Each week the Lighthouse covers a specific aspect of FFC, hands out some church-related material, and has plenty of Q and A time. So come with questions!

Interested? Visit our Newcomers Lighthouse page, contact Keith and Charis Fortenberry, or call the office at 515-965-8300 and ask for Cynthia Gregory, Pastor Todd’s admin, and she will assist you.

FFCA Summer Sermon Series

main image

In a time when people are believing anything, or sometimes nothing at all, God’s people are radically different. We believe God’s Word. But just what are those core doctrines in God’s Word that we believe? How should they affect us? What does it mean to build your life around absolute truth and not changing opinions? Discover this and more in FFC’s summer series, “Doctrine that Goes the Distance,” beginning June 4!

FFCB Summer Sermon Series

main image

It’s sometimes helpful to go back and review the basics. This is what our upcoming series, Christianity 101, is intended to do. During this series, we’ll explore some of the basic doctrines of Christianity that are the very building blocks of our faith. We’ll begin with the gospel itself, and finish with the return of the Lord Jesus!
