We’d love for you to be with us as we remember and celebrate the birth of Jesus! The Carlisle service will be held at Carlisle Middle School. Livestream will be available for all three Ankeny service times.

Drop your kiddo(s) off before you head into the Christmas Eve service! We’ll be providing childcare for kids birth–preschool at all of our services, beginning 15 minutes before the start of each service. You’re also more than welcome to keep your children with you during the service. Contact Children’s Director Becky Doubleday or visit our Kids page to learn more.

We'll praise the Lord Jesus and hear from the Bible about His birth.
We'll praise the Lord Jesus and hear from the Bible about His birth.

Like we do every Sunday, we’ll praise Jesus together with great worship songs, and it being Christmas Eve, with classic Christmas hymns as well! Then we’ll open up the Bible and listen as Pastor Todd shares God’s Word with us.

We'll praise Jesus our Savior by candlelight.

We’ll light everyone’s candles (battery-powered candles for kids who’ve joined us in the service, of course!) and sing together to King Jesus!

Try to arrive early.

It’s Christmas Eve, so make plans to arrive with plenty of time to park, get inside, check in kids if needed, grab some coffee, and find your seat.

Consider parking off-site.

Even with our new lot, we expect parking to be at a premium! Consider dropping off your family and parking at the plaza to the east, Advanced Plating or Veridian to the west, or parking on the street. If you’re a guest, please utilize the church lots!

Our ushers will be seating you.

To help with fitting as many people into our services as possible, our ushers will be seating you as you enter the Worship Center.

Once the room fills, we'll close the doors.

If and when the Worship Center meets capacity, we’ll be escorting people up to the Livestream Venue in the Youth Room. We expect the 11am and 3pm services to be the busiest.

There will be creative elements in the service.

Christmas is a celebration, and we have some exciting elements in our service to celebrate Christ’s birth! This includes candles for adults and battery-operated candles for kids who are in the service.

Invite someone!

It’s not too late to extend an invitation to someone who needs Jesus and may be more open to an invite during the Christmas season. If you need more invites, just stop by the church office!
